working with the offices of Family Crest Real Estate for the purposes of marketing and
selling real property. The agents and Broker of Family Crest Real Estate are not
responsible for errors of information or content.
I further agree that in exchange for my registration, I will allow Family Crest Real Estate
and my Family Crest Agent to work on my behalf and to exercise Agent's professional
expertise in locating and negotiating the purchase of property on terms and conditions
acceptable to me as "buyer".
No Compensation by Buyer for work performed
I also agree that the Family Crest Real Estate agent representing me is entitled to earn a
sales commission for which I will not be responsible to pay as direct result of my
dealings with Family Crest Real Estate. Rather I agree to create an agency relationship
wherein my Family Crest Real Estate Agent is free to collect a commission from the
home seller or through the rules of the MLS and the MLS listing policies unless
I agree otherwise.
I understand my Family Crest Real Estate agent is paid only through commissions
earned and
therefore I agree to allow my agent to show those properties I find through this web
service to me and to negotiate the purchase of suitable properties on my behalf as my
compensation for his/her efforts.
My promise to Family Crest Real Estate and my Family Crest agent
I will not purchase a property I found here within the familycrest.net website from another
agent or agency and no other than an agent of Family Crest Real Estate will
represent me in the purchase of property found here. I agree I am responsible to
my Family Crest agent for their time and effort spent in locating property on my
behalf.
I will not let another agent receive compensation for the hard work of my Family Crest Real Estate Agent.
Superiority of Site
If I find the content and usefulness of this site to be superior to other similar property
search and real estate information sites I agree to tell two other people about
familycrest.net
Termination of Agreement- In the extremely unlikely event that my agent should prove
to be unsatisfactory I will click here to terminate my agency relationship and discontinue
the use of this site.
Your name and email address information remains strictly confidential. We do not release it
to any other party or organization.
